Please note that the first step for exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service.
For product return due to dissatisfaction:
The product must not show any signs of use, and it should be sent in the same condition as received, with the original packaging (postal packaging with label). Otherwise, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service team will contact you shortly and, if applicable, process the return.
Our warranty also does not cover damage due to incorrect use of the product.
